Lack in the Box

I had to wait for my food to be cooked, which is okay. I parked around the corner in the parking lot. My food was delivered in a timely fashion. When I got to my destination to eat I noticed they forgot my fries. Grrr, but I noticed the receipt had a link for a survey on it, I was glad, I could fill it our with bad reviews and have the opportunity to complain. When I got home I tried doing the survey only to find the survey has been discontinued!

Please don't send me a gift certificate for a free meal or anything like that, just...PLEASE don't forget my fries anymore, and don't print shit on your receipts that no longer exists.
